Andrew Bartlett, M.D.
Andrew Bartlett, MD, FAAO, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist at Alabama Vision Center in Birmingham, AL, specializing in blade-free all-laser custom LASIK, “no stitch” cataract surgery, refractive lens exchange with bifocal implants, and corneal transplantation. Born and raised in Birmingham, he completed his medical education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine, his residency at Texas Tech University, and a fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at Eye Consultants of Atlanta. Dr. Bartlett joined Alabama Vision Center in 2016 and is committed to providing top-tier surgical and clinical care. He also educates students at the UAB School of Optometry and is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Bartlett enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing with their dog Harvey, and is an avid Alabama football fan who also enjoys basketball and golf.
Jessica Duddleston, M.D.
Jessica Duddleston, MD, is a comprehensive ophthalmologist at Alabama Vision Center in Birmingham, AL, specializing in cataract surgery, laser eye procedures, medical and surgical glaucoma, diabetic eye exams, and macular degeneration. She completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of North Carolina, where she was elected chief resident and received the Resident Teacher of the Year award. Her work has been published in the Ophthalmology Retina journal and presented at various conferences, including Women in Ophthalmology and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Originally from Jackson, MS, Dr. Duddleston and her husband, who is completing his cardiology fellowship at the University of Alabama – Birmingham, enjoy mountain biking, hiking, traveling, and spending time with their goldendoodle puppy, Charlie.
Price Kloess, M.D.
Price Kloess, MD, FAAO, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist at Alabama Vision Center in Birmingham, AL, specializing in blade-free all laser custom LASIK, “no stitch” cataract surgery, refractive lens exchange with bifocal implants, phakic IOL surgery, and corneal transplantation. He serves as a clinical assistant for the Eye Hospital in Birmingham and is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, where he also served as President of the Alabama Academy of Ophthalmology. Married for over 35 years, Dr. Kloess enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, traveling to new cities, and being active in the Mountain Brook Community Church.

Andrew Velazquez, MD, FAAO, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist at Alabama Vision Center in Birmingham, AL, specializing in blade-free all laser custom LASIK, “no stitch” cataract surgery, refractive lens exchange with bifocal implants, phakic IOL surgery, and advanced corneal transplantation. He completed his residency at the University of Florida and a Cornea and Refractive Surgery Fellowship at Duke University. Dr. Velazquez has held positions such as Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology, Director of Cornea and External Disease, and Director of Refractive Surgery at The Callahan Eye Hospital. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and enjoys swimming, cooking, golfing, and biking. Dr. Velazquez is currently accepting new patients and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Caroline Watson, M.D.
Caroline Watson, MD, is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist at Alabama Vision Center in Huntsville, AL, specializing in refractive and standard cataract surgery, clear lens exchange, ICL, LASIK, PRK, SMILE, ocular surface reconstruction, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, advanced dry eye disease, and neuromodulators like BOTOX® and Juveau®.
