Ophthalmologist in Cedar Park

Dr. Vincent A. Restivo, a board-certified ophthalmologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, serves Austin, Cedar Park, and surrounding areas. Specializing in LASIK, LASEK, Laser Cataract, and PRK surgeries, he is the chief medical physician at Restivo Eye. Dr. Restivo, a Boston native, holds a B.A. in Biology from Holy Cross College and a medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. After completing his internship and residency, he refined his skills in a private practice in Round Rock, Texas. Dr. Restivo lives in Austin with his wife Heidi, their sons Maddox and Liam, and their dogs Lupe and Cricket.

Dr. Todd R. Shepler, a board-certified ophthalmologist with fellowship training in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery, specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid, orbital, and tear drain surgery. Raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he graduated with honors from the University of Kansas and earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. After completing his internship at Brackenridge Hospital in Austin and a residency in San Francisco, he returned to Austin for a fellowship. Dr. Shepler has practiced in Austin since 2002, served as President of the Austin Ophthalmology Society, and was named to the 2013 Texas Monthly’s Super Doctors list. He enjoys running, boating, fly-fishing, and coaching soccer for his two sons, and is married to Dr. Maria C. Shepler, a comprehensive ophthalmologist.
