Dr. Angela Gauthier is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Glaucoma-Cataract Consultants with expertise in lens and cornea conditions, including cataracts, Fuchs dystrophy, and keratoconus. A Summa Cum Laude graduate in Neuroscience from Dartmouth College, she earned her medical degree from Yale School of Medicine and completed her ophthalmology residency and fellowship in Cornea and External Disease at The Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute. Dr. Gauthier is skilled in LASIK, PRK, and advanced corneal transplantation techniques, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality care. She is affiliated with St. Clair, Mon Valley, and Highlands Hospitals and is active in various professional organizations. She graduated with honors from Boston University with a degree in Biology, earned her MD from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and completed her residency at Tufts Medical Center. She then specialized in Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery through a fellowship at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. Dr. Dhawlikar-Gosai is passionate about improving patients’ lives through complex cataract and corneal transplant surgeries. In her leisure time, she enjoys tennis, running, travel, and quality time with loved ones.
