Dr. Kevin Toller is a board-certified ophthalmologist with over 25 years of experience and has performed more than 15,000 cataract surgeries, 3,000 YAG laser procedures, and numerous glaucoma and iStent procedures. He specializes in challenging cataract surgeries, IOL placements, and MIGS for glaucoma management. Dr. Toller was one of the first EVO ICL surgeons in Arkansas, offering options for patients who aren’t LASIK candidates. He has served as an officer for the Oklahoma Academy of Ophthalmology and as Chief of Surgery at Integris Grove General Hospital. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, camping, and piloting.

Dr. Patrick Risch, an ophthalmologist in Fayetteville, grew up in Muskogee, Oklahoma, and developed an early interest in medicine by following his father in his veterinary practice. An Eagle Scout and valedictorian, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oklahoma and earned his medical degree there, later completing his ophthalmology residency at the Hamilton Eye Institute in Memphis. Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Risch has performed over 9,000 cataract surgeries since 2015 and specializes in advanced cataract surgery techniques, LASIK, PRK, and refractive lens exchange to help patients reduce their dependence on glasses or contacts.
