Dr. Joseph Anthony Buglisi, Jr., DO, a board-certified ophthalmic surgeon, earned his degree from Cornell University and completed his medical education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, followed by residency training at Georgetown University, Washington Hospital Center. Serving in the US Navy as an Ophthalmologist, including a deployment in Iraq, Dr. Buglisi has gained extensive experience in diverse settings, from military bases to inner cities and rural communities.
