Donald P. Cerise, M.D.
Donald P. Cerise, MD, a New Orleans native and Tulane Medical School graduate, has practiced in the area since 1983. He completed his residency at Tulane and a specialty year in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids and tear ducts at Albany Medical College. Currently a Clinical Instructor in the Tulane Department of Ophthalmology, Dr. Cerise is an expert in laser vision correction, cataract, laser, and intraocular lens surgery, as well as plastic and reconstructive eye surgery. Committed to providing comprehensive and personalized eye care, he practices at the Eye Laser Institute, Eyecare Associates, and the Outpatient Surgery Center, specializing in cataracts, contact lenses, glaucoma, dry eye, general eye care, LASIK eye surgery, and retina care.
Scott Lanoux, M.D.
Scott Lanoux, MD, a New Orleans native and board-certified ophthalmologist, has over three decades of experience in eye care. He earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University, completed an internship at Berkshire Medical Center, and an ophthalmology residency at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation. Dr. Lanoux served as the Team Ophthalmologist for the New Orleans Saints from 1992 to 2010 and was an “on the field” physician during the 2001 Super Bowl. He has held prominent roles at Touro LCMC, Tulane Medical Center, East Jefferson LCMC, and Mercy Baptist Medical Center, where he was Department of Ophthalmology Chairman for a decade. He also led the Eye, Ear, Nose & Throat Hospital from 1994 to 1996. Dr. Lanoux is a member of the New Orleans Academy of Ophthalmology and the Louisiana Academy of Eye Physicians and Surgeons. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and playing basketball. He practices at the Outpatient Surgery Center, Eyecare Associates, and the Eye Laser Institute, specializing in cataracts, dry eye, general eye care, glaucoma, LASIK eye surgery, and retina care.
Jay Lacour, M.D.
Jay Lacour, MD, specializes in cataracts, dry eye, general eye care, glaucoma, LASIK eye surgery, and retina care. Dr. Lacour practices at the Outpatient Surgery Center, Eyecare Associates, and the Eye Laser Institute.
Jared M. Vincent, M.D.
Jared M. Vincent, MD, graduated from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in 1999 and completed his internship at the Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport. He finished his residency at Tulane University Medical Center in 2003, where he served as Chief Resident in Ophthalmology, and went on to complete a Fellowship in Anterior Segment at Tulane University in 2004. Board certified in ophthalmology and an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Dr. Vincent works with the Lions Eye National Glaucoma Congress screening program and has participated in medical mission trips to Mexico. He is available for medical treatment and surgery for cataracts, glaucoma, corneal issues, and other eye diseases, and is an experienced refractive surgeon offering LASIK and other refractive surgeries. In his personal time, Dr. Vincent and his two children enjoy outdoor activities and the rich culture and music of Louisiana. He also plays and collects guitars.
