Dr. Stephen A. Lin, a board-certified ophthalmologist and partner at Central Valley Eye, has been serving patients since 1996. Raised in Manteca, where his father was a pioneering physician, Dr. Lin graduated as valedictorian of Manteca High, later earning Summa Cum Laude honors at Wheaton College. He completed medical school at UC San Diego and specialized in ophthalmology at Stanford University, where he also completed a glaucoma fellowship and now serves as Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor. Specializing in cataract surgery, glaucoma management, and LASIK, Dr. Lin is committed to compassionate, personalized care using the latest techniques in ophthalmology.

Dr. Kenneth Miselis, Medical Director and board-certified ophthalmologist, has dedicated over 40 years to improving patients’ lives through vision restoration, performing thousands of procedures, including LASIK, PRK, and cataract surgeries. A Massachusetts native and MIT graduate, Dr. Miselis completed his medical degree at the University of Vermont, followed by an ophthalmology residency at George Washington University, where he served as chief resident. Since the early 1980s, he has led Heritage Eye, Skin & Laser Center in Stockton, California, growing it into one of the state’s largest eye care facilities, committed to advanced technology and compassionate care for thousands of patients.
