Dr. Colby Brownlee, a native of Andrews and former valedictorian of Andrews High School, pursued his passion for medicine by obtaining his undergraduate degree from Baylor University and his medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. Following a transitional internship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Dr. Brownlee underwent rigorous eye surgery training at the Jones Eye Institute in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he distinguished himself as Chief Resident. Now back in his hometown in West Texas, Dr. Brownlee provides comprehensive eye care services, including complete eye exams and a range of surgeries such as cataract, eyelid, cornea transplant, and glaucoma procedures. Committed to philanthropy, he generously lends his surgical expertise to improve the vision of underserved communities in Guatemala and Honduras. Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Brownlee finds joy in family life as a devoted husband and father of four. Actively involved in his community, he and his wife are enthusiastic members of Mid-Cities Community Church, while Dr. Brownlee enjoys leisure activities such as golf, fishing, camping, and coaching his children’s soccer teams.

Dr. Ronald W. Ingram, distinguished as the Valedictorian of Andrews High School in Texas, embarked on his academic journey at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. His pursuit of excellence led him to Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where he earned his medical degree in 1986. Opting for a career in eye surgery, Dr. Ingram completed a rigorous surgical residency in Ophthalmology at LSU Medical Center. He then collaborated with renowned surgeon J. Charles Casebeer, MD, a trailblazer in the surgical correction of vision disorders, in Arizona. In 1993, Dr. Ingram returned to his roots in West Texas, establishing Ingram Eye Center, later known as Eye Center of Midland, in Midland. With a profound commitment to innovation, Dr. Ingram holds two United States Patents in eye surgical techniques and intraocular lens technology, continuously striving for advancements in surgical eye correction. Grateful for the opportunity to serve the vibrant communities of West Texas and Eastern New Mexico, Dr. Ingram considers himself blessed to be surrounded by such remarkable individuals.
